Job Description: Halifax Area School District, enrollment of 1022 students in Pre-K through 12 and budget of 21+ million dollars, seeks a dynamic, innovative individual to serve as Business and Operations Manager. Under the supervision of the Superintendent, the position manages the district's fiscal activities and operations, including but not limited to budgeting, census, payroll, finance management and forecasting, debt service, accounting, purchasing, and employee benefit procurement.
