Principal's Message

Weekly Message

  • Good afternoon Halifax families,

    Yearbooks

We still have a few extra yearbooks that we will be selling for $18.  Checks can be made out to Halifax Elementary PTO.  Books are available at a first come first serve basis.

    End of the Year Activities

As we prepare for end of the year activities, please be advised that parents need to have their clearances to attend class picnics.  Parents will be asked to sign in at the office before joining the class at the park.

Please remember, due to a change in procedures rooted in school safety recommendations, our annual Field Day will no longer be open to adult visitors to watch proceedings. Adult volunteers will be utilized; however, spectating will not occur.  Students will be outside for the majority of the day.  Please encourage your child to dress accordingly within the boundaries of the dress code.

    5th grade celebration

Like last year, we will not be holding a 5th grade promotion program.  However, we will be celebrating our 5th graders on June 6th @ 1:30pm.  We invite 5th grade parents to come in and see some of the amazing projects that 5th graders have been working on this year. Additional information will be sent home next week.
