Communities That Care and Halifax Area School District is proud to announce its 3rd Annual Homecoming Carnival on Friday, September 27th from 5:00 pm to 6:45 pm at the Halifax Area School District parking lot behind the gym. The carnival will take place prior to the homecoming celebration. There will be FREE children’s activities, crafts, and prizes along with a variety of wonderful vendors!
